Overview
AcuBliss connects with Availity through a manual EDI file download — not a live FTP integration. You generate your claim files in AcuBliss, download them, and then upload them directly in the Availity portal.
💡 Important: FTP credentials are not used in this workflow. The connection to Availity is made by manually uploading the EDI file — not through an FTP login.
How to Submit Claims to Availity
In AcuBliss, go to Billing > Claims.
Select the claims you want to submit, then click Submit.
Check the Download EDI Files option.
Select the Availity checkbox.
Download the generated EDI file to your computer.
Log in to your Availity portal and upload the file directly there.
That's the full workflow — no FTP setup or credentials required on the AcuBliss side.
