This guide helps you regain access to your practice account by resetting your password. Learn the steps to follow and important considerations to keep in mind.

Resetting Your Password

  • Go to the portal and click Recover Password.

    • This option is also available in several places on the portal.

  • Enter your verified email address.

  • Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password, remember to check your spam folder.

Important Notes

  • Verified Email Requirement:

    • You must use the verified email on file for recovery.

    • Contact your manager or admin to send you a verification email if needed.

  • Staff Login Restrictions:

    • Staff members cannot log in using Google; this feature is exclusive to patients.

  • Password Managers and Browser-Saved Passwords:

    • Ensure your password manager or browser stores the updated password to avoid conflicts with old passwords.

  • Email:

    • Use your email along the new password to log into the account.
